We want you to love your order from A Star Is Drawn, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

Returns

I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact me at astarisdrawn@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at astarisdrawn@hotmail.com, including photos where possible, and I’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of my products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised items
• Sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me first. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item once approved and place a new order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
