Processing Times
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or new releases, this may take slightly longer, but I’ll always do my best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
I’m happy to ship worldwide. All international orders are sent using tracked international shipping. This helps ensure parcels arrive safely and allows both of us to follow the delivery journey.

- Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry, just get in touch via the contact page and I’ll be happy to help. Tracked international shipping allows me to investigate any issues properly and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Packaging
Orders are packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Wherever possible, packaging is kept minimal and thoughtful.
